I am having trouble placing my order. I can't seem to be able to complete my payment.

It is likely that you haven't ticked the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions. It is easily overlooked at the top of the checkout page. And remember, if you have to go back to tick the box, other details you have put in already, e.g. in the Comments Box, will have to be filled in again.

 Do the cards have a message inside?

No. The cards are all blank inside.

What is the delivery time ?

If you are ordering cards, we can usually send them out within 2 or 3 days. If you need them sent out by a certain date, please use the comments box at the checkout to put in the date required.

Can I have a card sent direct to the recipient?

No. We do not have a service where we sign a card on your behalf and send it direct. You can have the cards sent to a different address if you are ordering on behalf of someone else, but they will not be signed inside and will be sent in their original state i.e. they will be cello bagged as they would be in a shop.

I don't know any thing about Paypal or Stripe. Can I pay with my credit card?

We have chosen Paypal and Stripe, as they are very secure ways of paying.
