I am having trouble placing my order. I can’t seem to be able to complete my payment.

It is likely that you haven’t ticked the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions. It is easily overlooked at the top of the checkout page. And remember, if you have to go back to tick the box, other details you have put in already, e.g. in the Comments Box, will have to be filled in again.

Do the cards have a message inside?

No. The cards are all blank inside.

What is the delivery time ?

If you are ordering cards, we can usually send them out within 2 or 3 days. If you need them sent out by a certain date, please use the comments box at the checkout to put in the date required.

Can I have a card sent direct to the recipient?

We can do this if needed. A message can be handwritten in biro inside the card. Please put in shipping address and in comments bow write what you’d like written inside.

I don’t know any thing about Paypal or Stripe. Can I pay with my credit card?

We have chosen Paypal and Stripe, as they are very secure ways of paying.
